Our aim is to provide you with quality spinal health care. When we book an appointment, we dedicate that time and resources to your treatment. On average so far this year, there have been 25 - 30 patients a month who fail to attend their appointment and do not contact us ahead of time to cancel or reschedule. This represents a full day of missed appointments per month.

We have a waiting list for urgent patients. Unfortunately, when a patient fails to attend without sufficient notice we are unable to accommodate people on our waiting list.

We know that there are many pressures on your time and that it is not always possible to attend for appointments. For this reason, we do not charge you for your missed appointments if you give us 24 hours notice. However failure to attend an appointment or provide notice of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee and will require prepayment of the next appointment.

We appreciate and acknowledge that the majority of patients are very conscientious and punctual, we appreciate this so much, it greatly helps us in the smooth running of our practice as well as allowing us to maintain our 2017 fees for regular chiropractic treatment or massage.

We understand emergencies and unpredicted events occur and we will of course accommodate you in these circumstances and assure you of our best attention at all times,
